Build the Culture You Want — On Purpose
Strong cultures don’t happen by accident.
They are built through the experiences we create, the responses we choose, and the actions we repeat.
I help teams move beyond reacting to culture and begin intentionally creating it. Using practical frameworks, we focus on how individuals manage their responses, how people influence the environment around them, and how leaders can intentionally shape the experiences that define a culture.
Three Levels of Culture
1. Manage Yourself
2. Influence Others
3. Design
Culture
1. Manage Yourself
Culture starts with you.
Before you can influence the people around you, you have to understand how your own responses shape the outcomes you experience and the environment you create. Using E+R=O and the STAIRSteps™, individuals learn to stop to consider the outcome, think intentionally, and take ownership of the responses they bring to every situation.
2. Influence Others
Once you can manage yourself, you can begin to intentionally influence the environment around you.
Through the experiences you create, the way you communicate, and the responses you awaken in others, you can build greater connection, trust, ownership, and engagement. The GEAR Formula provides a practical framework for creating those moments on purpose.
3. Design Culture
Culture is the result of experiences repeated over time.
Culture architects don’t simply react to problems as they occur. They intentionally create the conditions that help people and organizations thrive. By aligning the experiences you create with the culture you want, you move from constantly putting out fires to intentionally building what comes next.
What Culture Development Looks Like
Culture development is not a one-size-fits-all program.
I work with organizations to identify the experiences shaping their current culture, clarify the culture they want to create, and build practical strategies that help move them from one to the other.
